Desirée founded HR ValueCurve in 2012 following an extensive corporate career with bluechips in various sectors, geographies and cultures. With her strong business interest, inquisitive mind, high solution-orientation and perseverance, Desirée worked her way up through the HR function heading Reward & Performance and HR M&A globally in Allianz, BP and Tetra Laval (Tetra Pak) Group. She previously occupied various Region, Country and Division HR and Finance leadership roles in Hi-Tech, starting her career in HP, then building the European Compensation, Benefits & Mobility functions in Intel and Nokia. Desirée was the first European Board member of WorldatWork (previously, the American Compensation Association)  in the U.S. and also served a term as Non-Executive Director of the Global Equity Organisation (GEO). She initiated and co-founded the WorldatWork European Reward Consortium and Western Management Group's EuroComp survey and is an accomplished conference speaker. Desirée holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, a business degree from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Germany and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from WorldatWork.  Alongside her work as a global HR/Reward adviser to corporate clients, she has been a part-time lecturer at the university of applied sciences teaching reward to young talents studying for their Master of HR Management degree.
